On monday im quitting my job, that tumblr OP 1 describes, solely because me having to sit for 8hrs a day is genuinely killing me AND my creative/personal drive to do *anything*.
I want out of IT basically.
Also, to not be micromanaged is nice, but too much freedom gives complacency/boredom... Etc
