I once mixed up the “rather get a root canal/pap smear” analogy by saying “I’d rather get a Pap smear at the dentist” and tbh, that is exactly how I feel about dating.

Ahh thank you so much! It’s been so scary, and I think (sorry to put words in your mouth, mom) the emotional aspect has been just as hard as the physical symptoms.

My mom @thesaralosch.bsky.social has had Menieres for over a decade but just started having almost daily severe attacks- she’s hoping the surgery could help.
