I inherited a Conservation Genomics course (cross listed ugrad/grad) that I’d be happy to chat about/share materials, with the caveat that it has lots of room for improvement/will be revamped before I teach it again in the spring

I can confirm that the iPad is much easier than a laptop to manage with baby-wrangling, but have just used a Dropbox/Box folder and Adobe for reading/highlighting PDFs. Have thought that Zotero might be better, but never actually followed through to figure out that workflow.

We wrote it with the aim of having it be a nice resource to refer to for an introduction to this research, and I definitely recommend checking out the beautiful figures in it, if nothing else! 😁

In it, we review recent ways in which population-level genomic data (i.e., genome-wide data for multiple individuals from each location/species) have advanced our understanding of adaptive radiations and other rapidly-diversifying clades.
