Since I turned 16 and had to essentially fend for myself, I've not been able to do really anything noteworthy. I see people on my timeline and group chats do fun stuff, go to events, and treat themselves. I feel like my younger years are being completely wasted and I can't do anything about it

Seeing popular artists on my feed makes it seem like that's the standard for art, because it's all I see. It can feel like I'm lagging behind because I draw maybe once a month. To this day I still don't see myself as an artist. I just doodle every now and then. But i wish I could be a artist
