Yes lmao. Middle floor toilet leaking into the basement unit kitchen for months and all the (newish) cabinets had to be ripped out. It turns out there's a worse bigger leak that might be from the plumbing vent going to the roof so they need to climb into the attic from Tanis' closet lol
