Who says learning is best at a desk? My writer brain turns on when I work outside, so why wouldn't their curiosity and love of learning turn up when being taught outside, too?

My new acrylic paints arrived, so I tried them out with a timelaps tutorial. I'll link it in the comments, so if you feel compelled to try it yourself, it's handy.
It didn't turn out perfect, but I'm still happy I finally sat down to paint. 🙂

I've spent the last 5 yrs feeding the birds at my house. I have visitors & regulars & I love them. Reg. get names. I have waited 5 yrs for Richard to finally come up to the house to eat. He always stays a safe distance away. Today it finally happened. Meet Richard. He's a dick.😄

We are 2 days into our #HarryPotter #ReadingToLearn #homeschool unit study, and I can happily announce that the kiddos are loving it! They actually get excited to start school in the mornings!
