you can build counterless tayam or ninjaless yuriko, of course, but my take is more like "given the average brew of a particular commander, how easy is it to do absolutely busted stuff with them." Vivi is a good example, too; no matter how cute you get w/ theme he will still make you like 9999 mana.

Tymna is the strongest commander, but you can build a b2 or b3 tymna deck without it being overpowering because her effect is only as good as the cards you draw.
I think commanders like Tayam, Derevi, Yuriko, Najeela are much harder to do fair things with even if you build them with bad cards.

When exploring new engines, make small sample projects first before committing a months or years long dev cycle to an unfamiliar tool. Also, games are just hard enough to make on their own -- for solo devs, it's often best to stick with the most accessible option.

Roblox is nightmarish and dystopian, but I genuinely think the Minecraft modders have it better than the custom map / garrys mod crowd ever did, or at least did have it really good for a long time. Now the modding scene is a little more sanitized.

At the end of the concert, she taps me and says "Wow, your singing was great, standing next to you made my night so special." one part of my brain is like -- is she taking pity on me? seeing me get my freak on more or less alone, but the other part of my brain is like, wow! that made my night.

Halfway thru lady and her husband come down the stairs looking for a spot, my aisle is pretty clear so I signal they can come by and stand. Husband's pretty chill but this lady is just going NUTS like she's absolutely loving it so I'm like HELL YEAH I finally dont feel so weird about it.
