They have reason to believe #2 (for a variety of reasons). They have no shame to keep them from #1. But seems they are willing to put all their chips in for #3. Gonna be a heavy (but I maintain doable) lift for all of us who want to keep this democracy.

Why…I mean I know why, but why do they allow T to continue doing ask the things until the process plays out, but other administrations had to *stop immediately* until the process plays out?
