Really Awesome Lawyer. Head Law-Talkin' Guy and Chief Evangelist at a really neat technology company.

That being said, shopping is easy in NYC, the trains are 24/7, you can always take a cab, etc. Either one is fine, just a convenience issue depending on where you hang out.

You'll be fine. WTC is a major hub station and the trains are all on full schedule (just beware the F/M Swap going on).

Also, you can get into Jersey City or Brooklyn very easily.

Biggest benefit to midtown would be ease of dropping things off if you shop, get tired, etc.

So, this was all online and is really a one-shot purchase? They did a new sleep test and sent me everything, so maybe it will work? Also, definitely toddler-proof unless your toddler is a dentist.

This seems to work really well! But I would check with your doctor before swapping.

Also, had the side effect of fixing my teeth grinding and stopping TMJ!

Yeah, I couldn't do it. Obviously, different people, different results, but I am really happy thus far and feel great.

I'm really surprised by how well it works! I thought I would be complaining that it wasn't effective... but it's great!

I work late most days because I'm responsible for Americas, East Asia, and Australia at my company (so I usually can't sleep before 1AM).
I started using Daybreak after my sister (a dentist) told me she was using the same thing to replace her CPAP. It basically forces your jaw to move differently during sleep which has made a tremendous difference in my sleep quality.

My snoring has been cut 75%, SpO2 is higher all night long, /1

not feeling like I need a nap mid-day (everyday), less coffee needed, etc.

Also, my watch is no longer alerting me to sleep apnea (which seems to be good). I'll have my first sleep study since starting Daybreak next week

I know. 😀

It's just that now I've been waking up, fully rested, and I want to be in my nice warm bed sleeping for a little longer...

This is funny that it popped into my feed, because I learned this French word yesterday:

Flâneur (n.): A person who wanders city streets with no destination, observing as if seeing everything for the first time; someone who makes their own city feel foreign through how they look at it.

I have just been deleting Dr. Golden's daily mails.

Alternatively, "Frühflugfalle," the feeling of "you've caught yourself in your own trap by switching to the earlier flight." This one is a bit sharper, more self-aware
