💡 We identified a phenyltriazine compound that selectively inhibits Candida glabrata Bdf1 over human BET BDs.
💊 We also found that I-BET726, a known BET inhibitor, shows potent antifungal effects against Candida species, including drug-resistant strains! #NewDrugTargets #AntifungalInnovation
