FI Comms guy, City Councillor, dad, spouse, and musician in the far north. Pretending to be normal and failing miserably. Opinions are my own.
I find some of the the dialogue and performances clunky, but it's fine for the most part. The first season they caught lightening in a bottle and they've been chasing that high ever since, all the while being weighed down by the law of diminishing returns.

All that means is that they used their constituency office budget to pay for the mailer. If it had partisan branding, they'd have to use party funds.

Who knows. Moving forward, OneBC is going be rabid in calling the BCCP a Liberal trojan horse and they don't need to peel off but 3-5% of the vote on the right in competitive ridings to make it an NDP blowout, so we'll see how viable the BCCP is moving forward.

I feel like his most recent movies are just a bunch of compelling scenes that don't, when put together, add up to a satisfying film. I also find historical revisionism to be lazy story telling, barely one step above the 'it was all a dream' twist.

So for those keeping score among the BC Conservatives, the definition of "man" and "woman" are static, immutable and must be preserved forevermore, but there's some wiggle room on "incapacitation" depending on what's convenient in the moment.

They know they're cooked come the next election, so they're using what time they have to set themselves up for careers grifting off the right-wing culture war ecosystem.

In Canada, nothing signals a departure from mediocrity and the failing status quo quite like the birth of yet another advocacy organization run by former political staffer turned lobbyist.

Project BC sounds about as edgy and innovative as a Dick Clark New Year's Eve Special.
