Thanks so much for the tips though, will definitely have to try incorporating those into my diet to see if it makes any change. At this point even a small amount of relief is a blessing 😂 Constant work prevents me from healing (and you too im sure lol) so it rly is just clawing for relief :v

Ive gotten covid twice and for sure have lingering sinus / gag reflex issues (brushing teeth sucks now lol) so I do wonder if its secretly doing my muscles dirty too... got the same issue with constantly straining my muscles then being sore for extended periods and it building up on itself 💀

... so in case anyone wonders why I dont draw as much anymore, this is why lol. No energy to draw on the 5 days I work then my 2 days off are spent recharging to get ready for the next 5 days 😂 My life is nothing but work and pain management rn and wow the burnout sure is something!! 🤪

Sorry to rant on here. Normally I am very positive and like to keep my socials a fun place but bruh im struggling 😭 Gonna go back to see doc asap but in the meantime I suffer and mourn being able to do simple household chores without throbbing stabbing back pain. Been like this for 2 years now 💀

Been thru physical therapy and continue to stretch daily without much change, no meds help except for enough muscle relaxers that make it so I cant do anything else except sleep, been wasting money on regular massages that MAYBE alleviate it for a day, tried chiro and it did nothing...
