Feels good to crush a workout. 125x3x5 felt heavy in a way, but I knew I could do it and it moved beautifully.

Finally deadlifting in the new gym, and it’s not as bad as I feared, especially given I bought my own chalk to use. 350x3x4 moved really well. Things are looking up.

Starting to reclaim where I was in overheads before. 120x3x6 is not the most I’ve done at that volume, but given last workout I completely failed at them, I’ll take it as a big win that I nailed all three sets.

I finally got a day where I didn’t drop any bench sets. 175x4x3 ended up being quite doable. Clawing my way back up to confident.
