You’d have to look at the kinetics but I wouldn’t be surprised if the answer was yes.

If it makes O2- it’s definitely making ozone and God only knows what else. In terms of chemically ionizing things, O2- is a hammer. I would suspect the kinetics of those reactions are faster than the particle removal.

Im guessing you’ll find other reduced nitrogen goodies (e.g. HNCO) from those urea catalysts as well.
