Better late than never. The US government has formally declared an intention to interfere in European politics (to add to the Chinese and Russians) and individuals like Musk have been open about their desires. We’re an open goal.

Like it! Guess it’s effective because proximity (time, family, geography, emotion, identity…) count in ethical weighting for most humans. Circles of concern vary. But Singer’s challenge is still useful in the keeping tension on.

Fine to scrutinise and improve a bill. But these few peers are not doing that. They are abusing their role to kill a bill supported by the Commons and with huge support by the public.
