LOL.I assumed you would know all of this, the question took me by surprise. I see my laziness as promoting me to register it so I don't need to manually reload.

Registering your card means you can set up auto reload (ie every time it drops below $5 add $20), or whatever makes sense for you. And if you lose it, you can transfer any stored value to a new card.

This offering seems very different than the one is mentioned earlier. This appears to be a construction company actively partnering on a project as opposed to how I (potentially incorrectly) read the earlier one that seems more like a silent partnership.

That also makes me uncomfortable.

It may well be above board, but when I read the offering it comes across as "pay us to add our name to your project so you can access indigenous funds". The concept just doesn't sit well with me.

It just feels so wrong. He's making money working to actively take away money available to indigenous organizations.
