Right at a hundred bucks for a brisket. Ridiculous. And I can tell you I trimmed nearly 4 pounds of fat cap off it before seasoning it and getting it ready for the smoker.

This is what I do. Thunderbird on the computer and Thunderbird on the phone. T-Bird for Android hasn't been out for long, but it's based on K-9 which has been around for forever.
I've got 9 accounts synced on the desktop but only 2 - the most important ones - on my phone.
