A fun tidbit from my apartment lease I remembered: No smoking of any kind (vapes included) by a lessee within 9,999 feet (1.89 mi, 3,047 m, 3.0478 km) of any building in the community.

Me thinks you would have a _really_ hard time enforcing that at the sidewalk, or even the bar across the street 😂
