Southport parkrun was a great all round parkrun… the park is beautiful, the course is great and everyone there was really nice!

SarahWithTheTrains joined me for my best race so far! Setting off from Liverpool Street, finishing at the end of Southend Pier, we had a neck and neck race. In my first race in 2 years, can I claw back anything after my losing streak?!
