And don't forget that ballot question 5 would modernize NYC's map - moving from 5 borough-specific maps *on paper* to a unified digital map. (Can't believe it requires a ballot initiative to make this change, but whatever. Please get this done already.)

Making structural changes to city development processes is the next frontier of pro-housing reform - it doesn't directly alter zoning codes but lowers political & institutional barriers to future zoning reforms. Aldermanic privilege has been a huge barrier in many cities - time to fix that.
