According to DHS, about 3,000 ICE and federal agents are operating in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. THREE THOUSAND! The entire Minneapolis Police Department only has about 580 officers. This is outrageous and unnecessary.

My son invited me to see Silence of the Lambs at #AmherstCinema tonight but when we arrived the screen said Science of the Lambs. Before the movie a forensic psychology professor gave a short talk about serial killers and then answered questions afterwards. I love this format.

I knew he'd get to the #Smithsonian eventually. My heart breaks for the employees and the losses that will happen there. Politicians are one small part of American culture and should not define the rest of us. We need to make a plan to end this nonsense.
