We only have 2 washers/driers in our laundry room. In a startling first, a neighbor came and emptied the driers immediately when her load was finished. I did not have to wait for ages or be that asshole that takes people’s stuff out of the machines.

Illustration of my OC Ariel when she was younger. She looks behind a bush of leaves, eavesdropping on a group of friends hanging out. She curiously wonders what it's like having a group of friends. Some insight into Ariel's past (she's around 18-20 years here). Ariel was never allowed to be around people her own age due to her powers being discovered as she was growing. That didn't stop her though. She may have tried to talk to or walk up to other young adults when she had the chance. However, she never formed any real friendships due to rumors about her mother and her own awkwardness.
