Another year around the sun.
2025 has been a very difficult year for me. Bronchitis for 3.5 months. Recovering from antibiotics for the next two months. Then the sprained ankle from hell.

My 1000s of km of coastal kayaking paid off in an unexpected way.
Got a new set of wheels to help out while my sprained ankle heals.
It's surprisingly easy to manoeuver: no joke - it's the same muscle memory as kayaking. It just came naturally.
It's very helpful to not rely solely on crutches. 🩼
