I watered this amaryllis, and it grew so fast that the stem broke off and fell over, connected only half inch on the bulb. The buds on it continued to grow and bloom. Two of them. Then, the plant grew another bud, and the third one bloomed beautifully too. I think the message is, "Never give up!"
