this is compatible both with my general sense he is missing the part of the sense of self that typically develops past toddler age & with the thing where he only has one emotion and it is “aggrieved I did not receive reinforcement when I performed previously reinforced behavior”

I actually think MTG is one of the most sincere among them all, she’s just sincerely a very bizarre thinker. That’s why she didn’t fit in with the rest of them, she thought everyone else was saying what they actually thought and found out she was the only one.
