I am really intrigued by this. One of my foodie channels on YouTube from Australia made this and I'm very curious how it is. Curry ketchup from Germany is tasty. Maybe banana ketchup from Filipino cuisine is just as good? Hmm.

So this is a dish I'm going to try and master during my seminary days. Version 2 is markedly improved. Better sauce (still room to grow), and while I'd like a little more pink in my pork chops, the potatoes are much better. It's getting there. Try again in a couple weeks.

It's not pretty, but it was good. Pork chops in a mustard sauce. Didn't take a before starting picture unfortunately.
