We have a relatively small group of price insensitive game buyers that, if interested in a game, will buy regardless of price, and will buy the most expensive edition available.
Most others will wait for dirt cheap sales, giveaways or sub services.

1.2 million EVs were sold globally in January – but the market shrank. Global EV sales fell 3% year-over-year and 44% in January 2026 from December to 1.2 million units, according to Benchmark Mineral Intelligence. The slowdown was largely driven by China, where sales dropped after new taxes and weaker incentives kicked in.

Some of the biggest problem of the current era is that people aren't willing to pay for information. Free information will be biased by who funds the sharing of that information.
