The screenshots floating around showing Google misunderstanding the prompt “is [actor] in heat” are great, but what’s wild is that even when it knows you mean the movie it still serves up a pile of errors. Currently? Mel Gibson? The “film” The White Lotus?

Update: The weird mobile game ad has now been replaced with an endless supply of ads for an Acura dealership with no avatar and a URL as its username.

It’s not *quite* the whole story to say that I joined Bluesky to get away from ads for this weird mobile game (in its various forms) that had consumed my X feed but it’s close enough to be the subject of my first post.
