I think that resetting to before the "indictment" gives them a fraction of a day left in thr statute of limitations to try again. Technically.

Without prejudice but the analysis of the purported ratification seems to imply that the statute of limitations doesn't get the six month extension and so has passed, is this right?

There's just a fundamental misunderstanding of how independents vote on social issues. The candidate and party positions don't matter a bit, it's just which direction their own position is from the status quo, and Trump moved thr status quo far right on any issue you can mention.

This isn't a question of legality; if the ToS drew the line where the (US) law does people wouldn't be banned for posts on the legal side of the Brandenburg test. The post is a clear violation and the mods show their unfitness by ignoring it.
