I got criticized for using Home Depot style box fans to pull air through a rack. But these people kept turning off the CRAC units in the data center because "they got cold." And they were IT people!

Why should states keep sending federal taxes in, if they aren't being used? Perhaps they could be put in escrow for when hell freezes over?
