You can't change them all, but any you can get through to is a vote! In retail sales, you win by selling benefits not features. I suggest open dialogue. Ask how it has benefited them (economy, jobs). Remember Lincoln "with malice to none" keep dialogue open, avoid fear of cycles of revenge politics.
