You may not realize it, but working in a confined space without airflow, Co2 quickly builds up, leading to fatigue and mental cloudiness.
To help, I bought a Co2 monitor. It’s forced me to take more breaks & crack a window more often. Definitely improving my mental dips during the day. #health
