I don't like talking about my weight, but in December I got put on a combination of Mounjaro and metformin for my diabetes (I was first diagnosed in 2012 and had been a different medicine that is not covered by my current insurance). I've lost 43 pounds since Dec 2024

Three years ago today I adopted the then 10 year old black cat, Tony, on the right. On Father's Day, the cat distribution system found me and I found the 6 month old, Larry, after I saw him on the road 3.5 hours earlier when I was on my way to my kids' house in the evening.
