Sure, but, and I am not a financial guru by any means, Jeff, isn’t the real problem for people in the US, to where I emigrated in Dec 2024, that Trump & his acolytes are engineering a deep recession / depression, where they buy land , buildings, companies etc for mere cents on the dollar ?

With preparing for, and then actually moving from Bristol, UK to Sun City, Arizona, USA, I haven’t been on social media much.

Since my return, I realise that it’s largely an enraging waste of time !

Residency ? Not yet, that follows on from the marriage, have to file more paperwork now. Bought a new laptop & printer earlier today for that purpose.
