I say this as someone who has played a lot of Fallout 76 but it's so fucking funny that they launched that game as a $80 demo and then the TV show FUNDED BY AMAZON has a character plainly explaining what "fiduciary responsibility to shareholders" means. Self awareness what now?

I'd say "this is why you hire PR + Community people" but they're getting laid off alongside the devs. And it's not their job to fix the broken moral compasses of the C suite.

Benoit Blanc always finds the one decent person enmeshed in some viper’s nest who deserves justice they can’t get on their own and who the police can’t or won’t help. in real life we don’t have easy access to people like that. that’s why so many of us find comfort in the murder mystery genre
