I wanted to share this for wipwednesday, but i fell asleep 🥲
now that im waiting for the painkillers to kick in, here is the first draft of the beginning of my new minjoon fic (hoping i will finish it 🥲)
Was this how Ophelia felt? The coldness of waters closing around you. The gloomy silhouette of the willow tree fading as you go deeper and deeper. Unable to breath, unable to swim, unable to reach up. He was sinking deeper and deeper and all he could think of was that old painting of Ophelia. Where was Ophelia now? Lost? Probably, as everything else… Poor Ophelia floating forever in her watery grave, surrounded by vivid green moss and colorful wildflowers he could only dream of. And he would share her fate. He would drown into oblivion, except he would get no greens, no flowers, just darkness… and the moon. The moon was there, shining bright, piercing through the murky waters. “Breath,” he suddenly thought. “Breath!” The moon glowed harder, pushing the mud away. And he breathed.
