I hope Toy Story 5 will be better than the trailer. So far it seems like more outdated, selectively informed fearmongering about screen time, but they still want you to pay to see it on the screens and screentime they sell?!

Formula Sushi needs to be made into a game already.
One of the things that appeals to me about Inception, is how similar it feels to working in story. It's not about having a good idea or storytelling chops - that's just getting in the door. It's about having to 'incept' a working story through the gauntlet of 'creative' gatekeepers in one piece.

As someone who has been a decades-long user of this – I'm sad to see it become the next victim of A.I. slop, the Em Dash. It's not your fault Em Dash, I still love you.

"Ancient China of Mars" is an awesome webcomic about the immigrant experience vs the broligarchy. It's shaping up to be something great, check it out!
Rediscovered Halo 3 multiplayer with my son and wow - Bungie really nailed something special with that game. Taking itself the right amount of serious, contrasted with the absurdity of the physics engine/ragdolls gives it that comedic sweetspot without 'winky' punchline dialogue. Uses the medium.

TV autoframe smooths motion, making it look terrible. Animators know each frame is designed for nuance; filling in gaps doesn't work. AI follows the same aesthetic with an ever growing deluge of copypasta cringe. This seems like an opportunity for a 2D renaissance - once laws protect it from scrapes

Hmm, the switch 2 drop doesn't feel as good as the first one did with a clear tentpole game to drive it like BotW. I just don't see any games that justify a new system. Holding off until Metroid then, we'll see... First time I've not been eager to get a Nintendo system at launch.
