🍴 I've been pretty burnt out with my calorie deficit at 1200 daily intake the past ~6 months. Today is the last day. Can't wait to get a little bit of energy back.

I prefer the design of my blog in light mode, but my eyes prefer dark mode. I used to just let the user's system preference dictate which shows up, but eventually decided I'd rather have a toggle.

75 days ago, I put together a set of rules to follow to put me one step closer to a fitter + healthier me.

TLDR: I now drink more water than I used to (also in part due to my new, favorite water bottle) AND I lost ~10+ lbs.
