Beyond the science, my group is committed to patient engagement in research, and I'm the scientific director of the Beatrice Hunter Cancer Research Institute, which aims to elevate cancer research in Atlantic Canada. (I suppose we should make a BlueSky for that...)

And can be leveraged to target hard-to-treat cancers.
My lab focuses on pancreatic, colorectal, lung and ovarian cancer especially.
We use spatial biology, AI, machine learning, loads of flow cytometry, model systems and humanized mice to test our ideas.

Swiss Army knives: use the receptors in combo, or alone, and as many as you want. Some tools are productive (activating) some are suppressive (read: bottle opener) and some are superfluous given what you're trying to do!
