Ugh, #studentloans. This isn't about keeping people accountable. If my loans had started with 0% interest, I'd have already paid my balance. Instead, after 19 years of payments, I owe almost $60K. Silver lining: I think the balance is wiped when I die so my kid doesn't inherit my debt?

The unemployment rate for non-degreed men in 2010 was 15%--much higher than 5.5% of college and non-college men combined now. Do we remember in 2010 when entry level jobs in manufacturing and retail REQUIRED a college degree? So to this article, I say "Yes, and."
