Looking at manufacturing in 2026, I think the biggest differentiator will really be leadership.

In 1979, thousands marched in D.C. in a bold declaration that #LGBTQ+ people would not be silenced. Their courage still shapes our work for equality and inclusion today. When I see the seas of faces in these photos, I remember that the #LGBTQCommunity spends into the past as much as the future.

Move faster by trusting yourself sooner.
Don’t confuse promised support with real support. Learn the difference early.
And yes… buy Bitcoin. (Kidding! ...mostly 😂)
