I haven't taken the time to research this, but it seems like trainers standing around with pokemon are chosen and paired up at random and their dialogue is random too. Its a city! Why not have NPCs be consistent recognizable residents?

The fact that you can barely go inside any buildings is so. ??? What is a city for. You literally have spaces that have space for whatever you want on the inside, and you're not utilizing it?

Lumiose is alright but gets boring after a few hours and I really think that's a lot of it! City has five districts and there is literally nothing distinguishing them from each other expect for manhole covers. Sorry state for the setting of a whole game!
