Gonna reorganize our asset library.

With any luck.

My dad’s favorite breakfast, which he exclusively had at Party Time Donuts a 24 hr diner in Sacramento/Arden Park shopping center. Hash browns, extra crispy with over medium eggs.

Memories are funny things. Only I get to experience it, but it’s everything.

One of my more combative mutuals, has been silenced with a filter called “rude account.”

I’m glad she still exists living and screaming. Just bummed bsky doesn’t seem to share that.

Sex as defined by what? Chromosomes? Visible organs?

Female is a gender.

You see what happens when you fuck with language and stop accepting humans for who they are?

It's a visual archiver that has to crawl an attached server or drive... so, since it was going take a while I wanted some interesting things to look at.

This is a Mandelbrot derived from file types. I'm going to move to an apple iTunes style visualizer, if Claude can do it.

I’m trying to figure out why I look so weird on iPhone pictures. Like I’m not supposed to have a xenomorph shaped head, but here we are.

Daughter wanted a pork cutlet with gravy. Panko crusted. Packaged gravy because I’ve got a rib roast chilling on the cutting board.

Sous vide rib roast.

They were on sale.

Couldn’t fit the ribs in the pot. Gonna freeze them until next fun chefy thing comes along.

I asked Claude to make the archiving tool do something interesting while it scans the directory, I said I used to enjoy watching the defragging tools back in the day. So, it made this to make the discovery more interesting.

People... I made a thing. Asset manager that crawls our whole library and uses openai CLIP to store image descriptions. Then I can use the same CLIP tech to visually search the whole library for similar images. Game changing for big libraries.

Built a visual asset manager for our stock library. Yes, I know these exist, but this one is mine. Also it's free.

looking back over it... it's not rude rude, but it doesn't play nice. I think there's a measured tone that needs to happen in a conversation, and this was a little all or nothing.

Yea. The good ol days.

Oh that’s what the power dip was that triggered my RAID to go red.

Vibe coding this up right now and indexing my local assets. 14 years we haven't had a way to quickly find elements. It's the one part of compositing I hate. On Wednesday season 2 I spent days searching for the right kind of fire.
