1/2 I want to believe this is true, but I don't want it to give me false hope that his cult will be pried away from him that easily. He's not going anywhere until he's made to go. That will take action, resistance and opposition to every evil thing every day.

In 2024, new treatments for Early Stage Alzheimer's became available to mitigate symptoms and slow progression. Not cures, treatments. But there was a robust pipeline of potential AZ drugs. Trump has eviscerated AZ research funding. Longitudinal studies disrupted. Hope crushed.
