Officially/Legally no. The Spidey MCU deal muddies the water of public perception, as do the Sony Spider Villain films, it leads some to think it's multiversal. Both studios made films embracing alt realities.

Enjoying the show as usual, so this is just an observation, but this season has seemed to lean harder into the comedy than previous. And River has been such an incompetent unlikeable ass that he’s almost a different character.

AFAICT - The big diff is LG2 has an OLED and a more screen real estate, but you're paying a premium for that.
As upgrades to a first gen Deck go either will suffice. TBH I could probably make do with the deck as I have few complaints, but it's boosting the battery life that's the real draw for me.
