Had blood work done today at my check up. My CBC with differential and my Comprehensive Metabolic Panel were both normal and in the green. Man that’s such a good feeling.

Just did legs. 1 set of 10 at 340 , 1 set of 10 at 430, 1 set of 10 at 450, 3 reps of 500 then finished with 7 sets of 10 at 340
Today is the 12th of August. I’ve been to the gym 10 out of 12 days. I’ve been sick for 9 days still go to the gym.

To go from 502lbs to the 363 I am now in less than a year has been my proudest accomplishment. I couldn’t stand or walk from 2020 to September of 2024. To say I got my life back is an understatement. From this to this in 11 months. 139lbs lost. Still got work to do. LFG! 🤘🏻🏋️🔥

So I finally got a referral to a skin surgeon about doing skin removal. And of course none of them take Medicaid. Which I wont be on for much longer anyway. So my skin removal surgery will be completely out of pocket. I don’t have that kind of money. So I don’t know what to do.
