If you know anyone with a child getting special education services that are right now FEDERALLY required, I bet you’d understand why they’d rather not mess with it.. I bet education in Florida won’t look like education in California after we “give it back to the states”…

Truth is - Without a Department of Education, there could be significant disruptions in:
*the management of federal student loans
*funding for disadvantaged students
*and enforcement of civil rights protections in education.
