Study developed an automated pipeline which was tested on local hospital data for automated segmentation of train tissues and tumors using MRI images. Authors found the proposed pipeline was a reliable solution and could be a useful way to streamline workflows.

Study of 152 subjects with bone tumors, 52 with fibrous dysplasia, found that the triangular margin is useful for distinguishing fibrous dysplasia from other benign or malignant bone tumros with a sensitivity of 74% on plain films, and 73% on CT and 78% on MRI.
