The government exists to operate services and institutions that aren’t profitable, because private companies have no incentive to provide them without a return.

What defense?

I sat him last night on my fantasy team because he hasn't done anything all year. Huge mistake.

It is cheaper to fly or drive out of country now for routine procedures.

This is a rare brilliant move by the Democrats. By releasing photos of individuals from both parties, they’re shutting down the GOP claim that Democrats are covering for their own. It makes it clear that the Dems want full accountability, no matter who’s involved.

That's great, but it’s similar to what every Democrat candidate in our district says. Do you have a healthcare protection plan that works regardless of whether Democrats take the House or not? A link to such a plan would be helpful.

Should we just make things easier for the FBI and email them directly, asking to be added to the list ourselves?

That happened to me last month with The Pitt. Got sucked in after the first show.

IMO, this takeover doesn’t seem financially beneficial for the buyer so a possible motive behind the hostile acquisition is to introduce a generation of viewers to conservative viewpoints.

Made my day with this video.

The U.S. government will have to replace all of its computer hardware and software if a new administration comes in. It will cost billions to overhaul the entire system, but it will be necessary because there’s no reliable way to guarantee that all compromised data is fully removed.

Chaos all around. My nephew is an American truck driver who drives from upstate New York to Montreal daily. He told me there’s been constant chaos since July between the trucking companies and customs, it's a mess. Some Canadian companies have even started canceling deliveries because of it.

This is the biggest nonsense I’ve ever read from a Pentagon official, claiming we can’t fight two wars at once. The U.S. military was literally designed for that capability.

It’s called a “sphere of influence,” where certain countries help protect US interests with our help. The US could step back and let that sphere collapse, allowing whoever fills the vacuum to take control but whoever moves in may not act in the US best interest, and that could backfire on the US.

It’s almost like America had a history of relying on tariffs before income taxes existed and eventually had to adopt an income tax because tariffs simply weren’t bringing in enough revenue. I guess American history stop teaching things that happened a century ago.

Finally, a reporter pushed back and said, “That wasn’t my question. Did you see any evidence?” Politicians should be forced to answer what’s actually asked, and it’s maddening when reporters just move on instead of holding them to it.

So now Americans will have to buy foreign cars just to get decent gas mileage? Every day it becomes more obvious that this administration never looks into the real-world impact of their decisions. I don’t see U.S. automakers going along with this since they will lose business.

I honestly thought the quote was a joke at first and had to look it up. Now I’m wondering how the GOP plans to spin the fact to their base that they were the ones “controlling the weather” the whole time, not the Democrats. The conspiracy crowd must be losing their minds right now.
December 4, 2025 at 4:01 PM
Shifting the burden of proof is just another form of gaslighting. At this point, I’m not even sure you can call it a real thesis, let alone a “powerful” one. The laughable part is pretending otherwise.

ADP is the source and they are very reliable.
December 3, 2025 at 5:56 PM
Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t November and December usually show higher employment because of all the temporary holiday jobs?

Putin is delusional. Russia wasn't even ready for a war against Ukraine.
December 2, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Oh really? Wow, what a groundbreaking revelation.
