This is not a peace plan, it's capitulation. It rewards Russia for invading a sovereign nation. This will embolden them to expand further into Europe. Why should Ukraine give up its territory and ability to defend itself? It's not good for Ukraine, and it's not good for the world. It's disgraceful.
